Founder of Chemistry Media, Paddy has produced award-winning audio content and cultivated strong relationships with broadcasters, sponsors, and talent. Formerly led JOE Media’s content team and spent ten years as a presenter on RTÉ radio.

Production expert in audio engineering and studio management. Shane has extensive experience across corporate, broadcast, and independent media projects, having founded Collaborative Studios and previously worked with JOE Media and Bauer.

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF VIDEO

Three-time winner of Ireland’s Young Filmmaker of the Year, Seán leads Cutdown Studios’ video production. Having directed 11 award-winning short films to date, alongside multiple RTÉ-broadcasted documentaries and series, Seán’s film background brings fresh thinking and cinematic expertise to podcast video production.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Brings 20+ years’ experience in media and advertising, working with global broadcasters and agencies including MTV, RTÉ and Spark Foundry. Co-founder of Mum Talks, Kara grew the brand into a recognised platform before its successful sale. Known for building impactful brand partnerships, she combines strong commercial expertise with a deep understanding of audience-led content.
